FEMALE WARD 3

 

 

Female Ward 3 is a 40 bed Ward, it is a ward headed by ADNS MOSAKU OLUKEMt which is me. We take care of both chronic and acute cases. The ward also takes care of age range from young women and geriatric mental health care needs. Female Ward 3 also do take care of patient with Substance use disease co - morbid and primary. Presently we have 35 patients.

 

OUR ROUTINES INCLUDES:

 

• Assessment and diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients for patient orie nted, scientific and evidence-based Nursing care.

• Handing and taking over

• Assessment of patient leading to Diagnosis Admission

• Bed making

• Medication

• Health/ Psycho-education

• Group therapy

• Individual psychotherapy

• Family therapy

• Feeding of helpless patient Bed bath/ Bathroom bath

• Grooming

• Wound dressing

• Participating actively in Patient review, ward round.
